FreshTopiary offers free* UPS or FedEx ground shipping for orders over $25 within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders may also be shipped via expedited delivery for an additional fee. Large or oversized items may be shipped via freight carrier. Orders under $25 are subject to a shipping charge.
Please note that orders are delivered to door-step. We can arrange for inside delivery for an additional charge, usually around $80 per package, but depends on the situation and is evaluated on a case by case basis.

International shipping, to Canada only, will be quoted prior to shipment and may be subject to minimum order fees. Customer will be responsible for all brokerage fees and customs duties.
Return and Refund Policy
Sorry, we do not accept returns of products that have been altered, trimmed or damaged. Other non-returnables are Clearance items, Customized Items, Large Orders (10 or more of the same item) and Orders more than $1,500.
To return a product, you must Contact Us prior to returning the product to receive a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products without a valid RMA number will be refused from the shipper. Once we issue an
RMA, we must receive the product within 10 days or no refunds will be given. Shipping costs for returned items are your responsibility.
When returning any item, please be sure to pack the product properly. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in our warehouse in damaged condition. In such a case, you must file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as what to do with the damaged product. We will hold your product for 45 days, after which the product will be destroyed.
Any product that is received damaged must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. FreshTopiary cannot accept responsibility for any damages not reported within this timeframe. Upon receiving a product that is damaged, you must Contact Us for a Returned
Merchandise Authorization number before returning the product.
Plants received with a broken pot are not considered defective. In such a case, we will provide a replacement pot or reimburse you for the cost of the pot.
FreshTopiary is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We accept returns for products within 14 days of your receipt of the product if they are in the original packaging and suitable for resale. Actual Shipping costs, under the Free Shipping offer, will be deducted from the refund, as well as a grower restocking fee of
15 percent may be applied.
You may cancel an order that has not been shipped unless it is a special order or customized product.
Pricing or Product Description Discrepancies
FreshTopiary makes every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. From time to time, pricing or product information may be inaccurate. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel your order. A complete refund will be made for any items that have not yet been shipped. In the event of inaccurate product information, our sole responsibility will be to accept the product return and provide a customer refund.

Your e-mail address is used only when we are confirming your order or notifying you of additions, updates or news concerning our website. FreshTopiary does not make your e-mail address available to any other companies. All transactions at our site are handled with the industry - standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. When you enter your credit card number and personal information into the order form it is transmitted in an encrypted manner and decoded when it is submitted to our bank processor.
